A fun, non-intimidating yoga/Pilates blended class that will get you results! This class targets your core while building strength from the inside out. Reshape your body into a longer, leaner, better-aligned form and improve flexibility. Plus, relieve unwanted back pain and stress!
Mondays and/or Thursdays 7-7:45pm • $75.00/8-week session ($125 for both nights)
Location: 78 Grassyplain Drive, Mount Hope (Hamilton); nearest intersection is Garner/Glancaster
Class will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather. Space is limited; full payment required upfront.
